Why should I hire you from the outside when I could promote someone from within?:
In my opinion, I’m doing a job which was correctly apt for my skills and knowledge. Whether I’m reporting to a younger one or superior body that doesn’t matter I feel comfortable with any situation.
Yes, you can promote your employee but every company needs a new fruit to come up with the new ideas, knowledge which can improve company’s status and helps in increase the financial position of the organisation.
Because the outside employee really wants to work and must prove himself in the company as it depends on your employment. People from outside will create different cultures in your company and this makes your company better.
Yes, sir, You have many options for this job at outside. But, I don’t know rest. I think have all qualities and requirements for this job. I had a bit experience in this field which I work in the previous. And I hope this will help in upcoming days in my career future. You may think these only words but I can make it action until and unless I get a chance. To prove myself and my ideas.
You see, there’s something that counts as ‘experience’ in job.
As an insider person would have more experience, he would be an apt choice.
But it’s applicable when you are concerned with only getting the job done.
Contrary to that, when a new person joins a company, he’d see it through a new angle, since his mind is still fresh, he’d be ready to try new things, instead of following the old procedure. And it has a high chance of improving the efficiency of your company.
So it would be better to hire someone like me who has a mind for analysis, rather than someone who’d just be more than happy to keep the ways as they are and stagnating the progress.
Everybody has its own ability, not 5 fingers are equal so company can get best employee with innovation ideas and creativity which would be future of the company.
