Tell me honestly about the strong points and weak points of your boss (company, management team, etc.):

Positive ; many of the bosses will appreciate their workers when they have done a good work.

Negative ; such bosses won’t be encourage the other workers then the appreciators. They don’t even bother for them.

It’s a very good question and anyway as a human being, they are having both negative and positive sides. I have a good rapport with my boss and I have learned and copied lot of thing from him to implements in various situations. Surely, he also had some negatives are there but it is very less in my point of view and I am not concentrating it.

Strong points:-

He should very punctual and time maintained man.
He should give encouragement to the team he had.
He/she should have commitment and consideration and some knowledge.

Weak points:-

A person should not posses the workers regarding the matters.
A boss should take the responsibility of the workers.

Strong points:

-> Finish tasks once started, finds ways to make repetitive work more exciting, accepts constructive criticisms, looks for opportunities to help.

Weak points:

-> Needs many cycles of completion to improve realistically, seen as stuck in my ways, more dedicated to personal life than business.

Strong point:

He is energetic, he knows how to get work done, management person, adaptability to learn new thing, communication, frank and co-operative during job.

Weak point:

No one is perfect every person have some pitfalls definitely also he has but I haven’t notice because I always consider positive side of person and also I feel I am not a good person to judge him.

My boss has good ideas, but when it comes to implementation the ideas don’t really work with actual people. The implementation becomes a lot of wasted time, on useless things that are not within our sphere of influence or job roles. The real jobs don’t get done. The boss is very organized, but the organization is completely confusing. So really the above is the actual truth, so I have to be prepared to lie and lie convincingly.

My boss has good ideas, they work very well. The only issue really is he always has everyone working on what they are weak at. That is good for us but not good for overall productivity. A good team would really have people doing what they are good at. So each team member covers of certain areas for the team and you have a highly effective team, with everyone doing excellent work in areas of proficiency.
